Cato has 19 years experience in the private security industry in Norway, currently doing event security and executive protection.  He also has 20 years experience in the Norwegian armed forces, currently doing classes in CQB.

Cato is currently the Managing director and Chief  Instructor of a Norwegian security academy, Sikkerhetsakademiet AS.

Cato specialize in control tactics, and  holds a 1st dan in Combat Hapkido.

Cato is the scandinavian liaison of  “The International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association”, and are a sworn honorary police officer in Norway Police Department, Wisconsin.

Cato holds a Foundation degree in Crowd Safety Management from Buckinghamshire University in the UK.
